Dr. Fearn's path began at the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology. His interest in biomechanics led him to the university's Locomotion Laboratory, where he contributed to research published in the Journal of Biomechanics, building his understanding of body mechanics.

After college, Dr. Fearn worked as an EMT in both hospital emergency departments and the 911-ambulance system for Boulder County, providing care in critical situations. This background in emergency medicine refined his clinical assessment skills.

Dr. Fearn earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he achieved Dean's List honors and received the Intern of the Month award. His professional experience includes work in multidisciplinary settings with medical doctors and physical therapists, broadening his knowledge of treatment approaches.
